Registered psychotherapist at Three Lamps. Strengths-based, collaborative work with adults who feel anxious, stuck, or flat.
Mandy looks at how past and present relationships have shaped a person’s sense of self — and whether the connections they keep are expanding their world or quietly shrinking it. Old ways of coping that once made sense can be named, and feelings, memories, and meanings can surface at a pace that is not rushed.
The work is relational and psychodynamic. It can include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship struggles, trauma and PTSD, and a wish to feel more alive again. She offers brief short-term therapy (about 6–12 sessions) for something specific, and longer in-depth work when patterns need more time.
Registered with PBANZ. Master of Health Science in Psychotherapy (research pending), honours degree in Psychology. Mondays and Tuesdays in person; Wednesday to Friday online.
She offers a free 15-minute phone conversation first, then an initial session to see whether it is a fit. Email or text Mandy directly. Three Lamps does not take bookings for clinicians.
